Crock Pot Chili Con Carne

Ingredients

1,800 gr beef
36 gr shortening
240 gr onion
2 garlic
34 gr chili powder
3 beef bouillon
3 gr paprika
2 gr oregano
2 gr cumin
1 gr cayenne pepper
120 ml beef stock
525 gr tomatoes
250 gr tomato paste
4 kidney beans
1 cans

Instructions

Heat shortening in skillet and brown beef, discard fat. Combine all ingredients in removable liner, stirring well. Place liner in base. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours; high 4-5 hours or auto 6-7 hours.
