Crock Pot Meatballs With Gravy

Ingredients

700 gr beef
3 gr parsley
3 gr onion salt
1 gr garlic powder
28 gr bread crumbs
60 ml milk
1 egg
2 packages brown gravy mix
1 rice

Instructions

Combine first 7 ingredients to make 3 cm meatballs. Brown in a skillet. Drain fat. Place in a crockpot. Cover. Cook on Low for 3 to 4 hours or can be kept on all day. When ready to serve prepare gravy mix as directed on the package and pour into meatballs. Stir. Serve over rice.
