6 potatoes 2 onions 3 carrots 2 celery 4 chicken bouillon 2 gr parsley 8 gr salt 75 gr butter 375 ml evaporated milk 1 chives 1 parmesan cheese
Instructions
Combine the above except the milk and cook on low 10-12 hours or high 3-4 hours. During the last hour add evaporated milk and chives. Sprinkle fresh grated parmesan cheese over the top.
