Crock Pot Venison Stew
Ingredients
2 venison
30 ml oil
3 celery
60 gr onion
2 garlic
2 gr parsley
120 ml water
120 ml dry wine
240 ml tomato sauce
1 oregano
1 basil
Instructions
Brown meat in oil. Place celery and onion at the bottom of the crockpot. Add browned meat and remaining ingredients. Cook on low for 7-10 hours.
