700 gr chuck steak 1 clove garlic 60 ml wine vinegar 14 gr brown sugar 2 gr paprika 30 ml worcestershire sauce 120 ml ketchup 3 gr salt 5 gr dry 1 gr black pepper
Instructions
Cut the beef on a diagonal, across the grain into slices 3 cm wide. Place these in the crockpot. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Pour over the meat, and mix. Cover and cook on Low for 3 to 5 hours.
