Crockpot Teriyaki Steak

Ingredients

1,100 gr chuck steak
30 ml oil
5 gr ginger
120 ml soy sauce
14 gr sugar
1 garlic clove

Instructions

Cut steak into 0 cm thick slices. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Place meat in a crockpot. Pour sauce over. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Serve with rice.

Makes 5-6 servings.
