Ingredients

5/8 hulled
160 gr couscous
120 ml tomato juice
120 ml dry wine
45 ml soy sauce
30 ml dijon mustard
30 ml wine vinegar
2 gr rosemary
2 gr thyme
1 gr black pepper
5 gr parsley
3 garlic
16 ml olive oil
650 gr pot
38 gr chickpea mixture between your hands to form a ball
24 balls
2 wide

Instructions
