Crostata Di Fragole

Ingredients

160 gr all purpose flour
60 gr blanched almonds
50 gr sugar
1 gr salt
40 gr butter
1 egg
900 gr ripe strawberries
26 gr sugar
5 ml lemon juice
100 gr strawberry jam
9 circle on wax paper
18 disk
9 diameter
1/2 intervals
30 lon moisten the edge of the base with water

Instructions
