Crumb-top Brown Sugar Apple Pie

Ingredients

475 gr apples
170 gr brown sugar
16 gr flour
1 gr salt
4 gr cinnamon
1 gr nutmeg
1 gr mace
1 pie shell

Instructions

-------------------------------CRUMB TOPPING------------------------------2 tb Brown sugar 2 tb Sugar 0.125 ts Nutmeg 0.125 ts Cinnamon 0.125 ts Salt 3 tb Flour 2 tb Margarine Combine first 7 ingredients; toss to mix thoroughly. Heap in pie shell. Combine topping ingredients and mix until crumbly; sprinkle over pie. Bake at 220ÂșC for 45 minutes. Allow to cool 30 minutes before serving. ----
