Ingredients

7 cereal
260 gr am sesame seeds
120 gr coconut
55 gr am crunchy peanut butter
325 gr maple syrup
2 gr orange rind
4 gr vanilla
1 gr sea salt
65 gr nuts
Instructions
When thoroughly mixed, pat into an oiled pan, 1 cm thick. Bake at 180ºC . for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Cool thoroughly. Slice into bars.
