Cuban Beans And Rice

Ingredients

30 ml olive oil
1 glove garlic
1 green pepper
525 gr black beans
1 gr oregano
16 ml vinegar
2 pimientos
350 gr rice

Instructions

Heat the oil in a skillet, add the green pepper and garlic and saute' for about 3 minutes. Stir in beans, oregano, vinegar, and pimientos. Add salt and pepper to taste.
