Cucumber Salsa

Ingredients

240 ml dairy sour cream
240 ml yogurt
7 gr parsley
1/4 cilantro
2 gr cumin
1 gr salt
2 cucumbers

Instructions

* Cucumbers should be pared, seeded and coarsely shredded. ~------------------------------------------------------------------------Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours. Makes about 3 cups salsa.
