Currant-nut Coffee Bread

Ingredients

1 1/2 loaf
7 gr instant coffee crystals
240 ml water
1 egg
16 ml applesauce
375 gr bread flour
40 gr brown sugar
2 gr salt
6 gr yeast
55 gr currants
40 gr almonds

Instructions

Pecans dissolve coffee in water. add all ingredients to machine. use light setting. 101 cal/oz
