Curried Chicken

Ingredients

950 gr chicken
16 ml oil
14 gr curry powder
1 onion
2 slices carrots
65 gr apricots
40 gr tomato puree
240 ml chicken broth
28 gr butter
24 gr flour
200 gr peas
3/8 unsweetened

Instructions

-coconut Major Grey's -chutney Soak the clay pot in cold water for 10 minutes. Place the chicken in the pot and add the oil, curry powder, onion, carrots, apricots, tomato puree and chicken broth. Cover and place in a cold oven. Adjust the heat to 230ÂșC and cook for 1 hour. Combine the butter and flour and stir into the juices. Add the peas. Sprinkle the chicken with coconut.
