Curried Lentil Soup
Ingredients
950 ml water
525 gr tomatoes
3 potatoes
3 slices carrots thinly
1 onion
1 celery rib
1 dry lentils
2 garlic
2 bay leaves
8 gr curry powder
4 gr salt
Instructions
In a slow cooker, combine all ingredients; stir well. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours or until vegetables are tender. Discard the bay leaves before serving.
