Curried Mussels With Mushrooms
Ingredients
3 mussels
240 ml water
1/2 baby chillies
15 ghee
16 gr ginger
2 garlic
8 gr lemon grass
2 green shallots
340 packages coconut milk
16 ml fish sauce
14 gr brown sugar
150 slices baby mushrooms
5 gr flour
16 ml water
2 gr basil
1 scrub mussels under running water
2 place chillies in bowl
3 stir in coconut milk
4 stir in mussels
Instructions
