Curried Shrimp Topping

Ingredients

4 idaho baking potatoes
10 ml vegetable oil
1 onion
1 rib celery
65 gr bell pepper
1 garlic clove
4 gr curry powder
180 ml chicken broth
40 gr golden raisins
1 orange all-fruit fruit spread
120 gr shrimp
3 gr cornstarch
1 gr salt
26 gr cucumber
2 gr mint
