Curried Vegetables
Ingredients
1 onion
2 garlic
950 ml water
2 slices carrot
1 green pepper
1 slice celery stalk
6 gr curry powder
2 gr coriander
3 gr turmeric
2 gr cumin
1 ml dry mustard
1 gr pepper flakes
2 potato
2 cauliflower flowerets
8 mushrooms
100 gr peas
10 delicious served over brown rice
240 ml water until transluen the carrots
700 ml water
