Curried Vegetables And Beans

Ingredients

some garlic
12 ml olive oil
130 gr bell pepper
34 gr green bell pepper
60 gr onion
8 gr flour
4 gr curry powder
1 gr cumin
1 gr black pepper
1 gr coriander ginger
120 ml water
180 gr potatoes
95 gr apples
200 gr green peas thaw
450 gr garbanzo beans drain
700 gr brown rice keep

Instructions

Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over med. heat. Add garlic, peppers, and onion. Saute for about 4 minutes or until tender. Sprinkle with the flour and spices. Stir fry and cook for another 20 seconds or so. Add the water and potato. Cover, reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for 20-25 minutes or until potato is tender. Add the apples, peas, and beans.
