Curry-lime Dip

Ingredients

60 ml lime juice
30 ml dijon mustard
3 gr garlic
240 ml mayonnaise
6 gr curry powder

Instructions

Mix the lime juice and mustard, blending well. Add the garlic. Whisk in the mayonnaise and then blend in the spices, blending until almost smooth. Cover and chill. Makes about 1.5 cups of dip. SUGGESTED DIPPERS: Chicken Drumettes, Onion Crackers, Chicory, Cauliflower
