Curry Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
1 package artichoke hearts
1/2 box mori nu lite tofu
30 gr rice dream
2 garlic
1 gr coriander
1 gr cumin
1 gr turmeric
1 gr salt
1 gr cayenne pepper
1 ml mustard
1 gr black pepper
Instructions
Combine all in food processor and blend. Put in microwave safe dish and heat for 2-4 minutes. Serve hot. Better the second day.
