Dakota Prairie Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

1,000 gr pumpkin puree
800 gr sugar
3 gr salt
5 gr cinnamon
2 gr nutmeg
6 eggs
950 ml milk
240 ml cream
14 gr vanilla

Instructions

Pastry for 3 9-inch pie -shells Whipped cream & chopped nuts -for garnish Combine pumpkin, sugar, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Blend in eggs, milk, cream and vanilla. Pour into pie shells and bake at 200ÂșC for 50 minutes, or until firm. Cool on a rack. Garnish with whipped cream and chopped walnuts.
