Dak's Eggnog Oat Bran Bread

Ingredients

1 package yeast
160 gr wheat flour
160 gr better for bread flour
80 gr rolled oats
1/2 oat bran
3 gluten
3 gr salt
3 gr cinnamon
2 egg whites
1 egg
1/4 egg substitute
300 gr warm eggnog

Instructions

Set machine's browning control to light. Put all the ingredients into pan in the order listed, select "Oat/French" and push "start."
