Danish Apple Cake

Ingredients

65 gr flour
5 gr baking powder
1 gr salt
50 gr sugar
1 gr cinnamon
1 apples
1 egg
65 gr pecans
1 whipped cream

Instructions

powder, salt, sugar and cinnamon; add egg, apples and nuts. Pour batter into greased 20 cm square baking pan. Bake at 180ÂșC or 30 to 40 minutes. Serve with dollop of whipped cream if desired.
