325 gr golden raisins
220 gr currants
2 apricot
300 gr figs
1 pitted prunes
150 gr pitted dates
475 gr walnuts
2 pecans
3 oranges
3 lemons
120 gr candied ginger
5 gr cinnamon
2 gr allspice
2 gr mace
240 ml molasses
475 gr brandy
120 ml orange liqueur
500 gr all purpose flour
14 gr baking powder
5 gr baking soda
4 gr salt
425 gr butter
650 gr dark brown sugar
8 eggs
14 gr vanilla extract
14 by
130 gr flour over fruit mixture
375 gr flour with baking powder
2 at a time
1/2 below top

Instructions

Cakes are done when a straw inserted in the center comes out clean. Makes 4 Cakes
