14 gr butter 200 gr sugar 1 egg 70 gr nut meats 250 gr flour 1 gr salt 5 gr baking soda 150 gr dates 240 ml water
Instructions
Dissolve soda in boing water. Pour over cup of diced dates. Add butter and sugar, creamed. Add some flour, eggs beaten, then salt and balance of flour with nuts. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 190ºC .
