Date Pinwheel Cookies
Ingredients
110 gr butter
110 gr margarine
300 gr sugar
220 gr brown sugar
2 eggs
5 gr baking soda
475 gr all purpose flour
280 gr dates
240 ml water
60 gr walnuts
1,900 ml saucepan
1/4 thickness
Instructions
Chill about 1 hour. Slice and bake at 190ºC for 10 to 15 minutes. This recipe is nearly 100 years old. These cookies are great at Christmas time. ----
