Date Pudding Cake

Ingredients

3 eggs
375 gr dates
200 gr sugar
140 gr nuts
60 ml ap flour vanilla ice cream
5 gr baking powder whipped cream
1 gr salt

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350. Grease 9 x 23 cm baking pan. Beat eggs in large bowl until light and fluffy. Gradually add sugar, beating until thick. Stir in flour, baking powder and salt. Mix in dates and nuts. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake about 30 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream. ----
