Date Rice Pudding

Ingredients

120 gr quick brown rice
350 ml water
1 gr salt
120 ml milk
2 gr vanilla
150 gr dates
8 gr arrowroot powder
60 gr tahini

Instructions

Cook rice in water and salt (if used) for dozen minutes. Blend remaining ingredients together in a blender, pour into a sauce pan and stir over medium-low heat until thick. Stir in rice, and let set 5 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
