Deep-dish Chicken Pie
Ingredients
2,300 ml broiler-fryers
1 gr pepper
1 gr marjoram leaves
1 water salt
2 carrots
1 celery stalk
180 gr onions
1 package lima beans
80 gr mushrooms
190 gr shortening
8 gr shortening
1 egg yolk
2,800 gr dutch oven
950 ml water
10 ml salt to boilin reduce heat to low
240 ml broth
2,800 ml saucepan over high heat
240 ml chicken broth to boilin reduce heat to low
65 gr flour with
4 gr sal spoon mixture
9 baking dish
375 gr all purpose flour
200 gr sal with pastry blender
7 ml water
11 rectangle
1 overhang
5 ml water
Instructions
mixture. Bake pie in 350'F oven 1 hour or until crust is golden and chicken mixture is heated through.
