Dehydrator Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients

120 gr onions
240 ml ketchup
34 gr sweet peppers
10 ml louisiana sauce
7 gr parsley
3 gr salt
120 ml honey
1 gr mint
5 ml lemon juice
240 ml dry wine
3 lea
16 ml vinegar
1 liquid smoke
240 ml water

Instructions

Put all the dried ingredients in a pot and add water. Let it set a little while. Add the wine and the rest of the ingredients. Cover and cook for several hours.
