Deviled Codfish Patties

Ingredients

325 gr cod fillets
240 ml boiling water
1 gr salt
120 gr breadcrumbs
3 gr parsley
120 gr salad dressing
240 gr egg
16 ml prepared mustard
16 ml lemon juice
5 ml worcestershire sauce
1 gr pepper

Instructions

Paprika, as desired Thaw frozen fish. Preheat oven to 200ÂșC (hot). Grease baking sheet. Add fish to boiling, salted water. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook 4 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Drain and flake. Remove bones, if present. Mix fix, breadcrumbs, and parsley. Mix salad dressing (mayonnaise), egg, mustard, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, and pepper thoroughly. Stir into fish mixture. Mix well. Form into dozen patties about 8 cm in diameter and 2 cm thick on baking sheet. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Calories per serving (2 patties): About 235
