Deviled Crab

Ingredients

260 gr louisiana crabmeat
5 gr onion
5 gr flour
5 ml lemon juice
5 ml worcestershire sauce
1 ml tabasco sauce
1 gr cayenne pepper
1 gr parsley
3 packages crabmeat
14 gr butter
180 ml milk
5 ml mustard
1 gr salt
1 gr black pepper
1 egg
28 gr bread crumbs
5 custard
14 gr melted butter

Instructions

mixture in each shell. 9. Bake in 350'F. oven 20 to 25 minutes or until tops are brown.
