Devilish Marshmallow Cookies

Ingredients

95 gr shortening
200 gr sugar
2 eggs
220 gr all purpose flour
5 gr baking soda
1/4 salt
45 gr cocoa
4 gr vanilla extract
5 gr butter flavoring
21 marshmallows
1 frosting frosting
120 gr semisweet chocolate morsels
60 ml milk
28 gr butter
400 gr powdered sugar
1 milk

Instructions

Cream shortening; gradually add sugar, beating well at medium speed of an electric mixer. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Combine flour, soda, salt, and cocoa; add to creamed mixture, mixing well. Stir in flavorings. (Dough will be stiff.) Chill dough at least 30 minutes. Shape dough into 3 cm balls; place on greased cookie sheets. Bake at 180ÂșC or 7 minutes. Place a marshmallow half on top of each cookie; bake an additional 2 minutes. Cool on wire racks, and spread FROSTING Combine first 3 ingredients in a saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate melts. Add powdered sugar, and beat until smooth. Add additional milk to frosting mixture, if needed, for proper spreading ----
