Devil's Food Cake

Ingredients

55 gr butter
250 gr sugar
1 gr salt
7 gr vanilla
90 gr unsweetened cocoa
450 gr unsifted cakeflour
9 gr baking soda
600 ml water
4 egg whites
9 round
1 slice cardboard gently onto frosting
1 apar sift unsweetened cocoa over top of cake to solidly fill spaces
75 gr softened butter
575 gr confectioners sugar
3 gr cinnamon
120 ml milk

Instructions

to fill and frost cake. Chocolate Glaze: In the top of a double boiler, over hot (not boiling) water, melt 6 1-oz squares semisweet chocolate and 4 T butter.
