Diabetic Apple Cake

Ingredients

325 gr flour
16 ml soda
5 gr cinnamon
1 gr nutmeg
3 gr salt
230 gr butter
9 gr vanilla
2 eggs
4 gr liquid sugar substitute
4 apple
120 gr walnuts

Instructions

Mix dry ingredients; add butter, eggs, sugar substitute, and blend well. Stir i n grated apples and nuts. Bake in well-greased 9 x 13 pan at 375 degrees, 40-50 minutes.
