Diabetic Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

110 gr margarine
1 egg
1 sucaryl solution
60 ml milk
130 gr flour
2 gr baking powder
1 gr baking soda
3 gr cinnamon
1 gr nutmeg
1 gr salt
4 gr vanilla
85 gr raisins
160 gr rolled oats

Instructions

Cream margarine. Add beaten egg, sucaryl solution, and milk. Sift and mix dry ingredients and then add to first mixture. Beat in vanilla, raisins, and rolled oats. Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet and bake. You can use quarter cup margarine and quarter cup applesauce or 1 banana instead of using the full amount of margarine. ----
