Diabetic Onion Dip

Ingredients

230 ml lo cal yogurt
1/2 onions
10 ml lemon juice
3 gr parsley
1 ml pepper sauce
1 gr horseradish
1 gr salt and pepper

Instructions

Combine all ingredients. Chill thoroughly. Yield: 1.5 C 1 serving = half milk, half veg Calories: 72
