Diabetic Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients
130 gr flour
120 ml creamy peanut butter
1 egg
4 gr vanilla
1 gr salt
7 gr baking powder
120 ml water
1 liquid sweetener
120 ml salad oil
Instructions
Mix all together in a large bowl. Shape into balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 190ºC or dozen to 15 minutes. (You may add a little more flour if desired.) ----
