Dill Fish

Ingredients

325 gr sole fillet turbot
60 ml lime juice
2 gr dillweed
1 clove garlic
1 salt and pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180ÂșC . Squeeze lime juice over fillets and marinate for at least 30 minutes in refrige rator. Grease a shallow baking pan with margarine. Place fillets in baking pan and sprinkle with dill, garlic, salt, and pepper. Bake for 5-10 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
