Dilly Rice Muffins

Ingredients

130 gr flour
14 gr sugar
14 gr baking powder
1 egg
120 ml lowfat milk
30 ml vegetable oil
30 gr rice
16 gr green onion
3 gr parsley leaves
3 gr parsley flakes
9 gr dill weed
3 gr dill

Instructions

Mix just until the batter is blended. Spoon into oiled muffin tins or paper muffin cups. Fill about three-fourths full. Bake in a 400-degree oven for dozen to 15 minutes, or until brown.
