Doc Martin's Green Chili

Ingredients

some cilantro
230 gr beef
220 gr roast beef
130 gr pork
1 onion
2 gr leaf oregano
2 gr powdered onion
1 gr parsley
45 gr flour
1 mexican beer
1 tomato
100 gr butter
1 clove garlic
2 tabasco
6 gr granulated garlic
4 gr cumin powder
1 gr black pepper
425 gr chicken
1 green chiles
55 gr butter
60 ml flour melt the butter in a saucepan over hea whisk in the flour one at a time

and forms a ball. Remove from heat and incorporate immediately into the chile. ----
