Doctor Zeus Zucchini Bread

Ingredients

3 eggs
240 ml oil
400 gr sugar
9 gr vanilla
260 gr zucchini
260 gr pineapple
140 gr nuts
85 gr raisins
375 gr flour
4 gr cinnamon
3 gr salt
2 gr nutmeg
9 gr baking soda
1 gr baking powder

Instructions

Beat the eggs, oil, sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl until thick. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 180ºC or 1 hour.
