Double Bran Citrus Muffins

Ingredients

190 gr all-purpose flour with wheat
1/2 oat bran
65 gr sugar
5 gr baking powder
5 gr baking soda
1 gr salt
240 ml buttermilk
60 ml vegetable oil
1 egg
1/2 orange rind
1/2 lemon
75 gr dates
8 gr sesame seeds

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine flour, oat bran, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl, beat buttermilk, oil, egg and citrus rinds. Add to dry ingredients, mixing until just dampened and still lumpy. Lightly stir in dates and spoon into lightly greased muffin cups. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 190ÂșC for 20 minutes.
