Double Chocolate Oat Cookies

Ingredients

350 gr semi-sweet chocolate chips
110 gr margarine
100 gr sugar
1 egg
1 gr vanilla
120 gr quick quaker oats
95 gr flour
5 gr baking powder
1 gr salt
1 gr baking soda

Instructions

Heat oven to 190ÂșC . Melt 1 cup chocolate chips in small saucepan; set aside. Beat margarine and sugar until fluffy; add melted chocolate, egg and vanilla. Add combined flour, oats, baking powder, salt and baking soda; mix well. Stir in remaining chocolate chips. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 8-10 minutes. Cool 3 minutes on cookie sheet; remove to wire rack.
