Double Chocolate Oatmeal Cookie

Ingredients

300 gr sugar
230 gr margarine
1 egg
60 ml water
4 gr vanilla
160 gr all purpose flour
28 gr cocoa
2 gr baking soda
1 gr salt
475 gr quick-cooking oats
170 gr semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

Recipe by: Betty Crocker Heat oven to 350 degreeF. Mix sugar, margarine, egg, water and vanilla. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 5 cm apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake until almost no indentation remains when touched, 10 to dozen minutes. Immediately remove from cookie sheet. About 5.5 dozen cookies. ----
