Double Orange Cake

Ingredients

2 bake it all mix
2 eggs
160 ml buttermilk
150 gr sugar
32 gr orange peel
85 gr raisins
2 gr baking soda
80 ml orange juice

Instructions

* To make sour milk, place 2 teaspoons vinegar in measuring cup and fill to two third cup mark with milk. **Or finely chopped. Break eggs into a bowl; beat well. Stir in buttermilk, half cup sugar, orange peel and raisins. Add Mix and soda. Beat well. Pour into an 8 by 8 by 5 cm pan, bottom rubbed with shortening. Bake in a 180ÂșC . oven about 30 minutes.
