Double Peanut Butter Cake

Ingredients

120 ml creamy peanut butter
55 gr butter
150 gr sugar
2 eggs
190 gr all purpose flour
9 gr baking powder
1 gr salt
240 ml milk
1 frosting
75 gr chunky peanut butter
45 gr butter
600 gr powdered sugar
7 gr vanilla

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, cream peanut butter, butter and sugar. Add eggs; mix well. Combine flour, baking powder and salt; add alternately with milk to creamed mixture. Mix well. Pour into a greased 23 cm square baking pan. Bake at 350� for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack. For frosting, cream peanut butter and butter. Add sugar, milk and vanilla; mix until smooth. Frost cake.
