85 gr butter
1,100 ml water
300 gr celery
1 onion
3 gr salt
1 gr pepper
28 gr butter
1,100 ml water
Instructions
frying pan; lightly stir in rice mixture, olives, salt, and pepper. Makes approximately 10 cups or enough to stuff a 12-pound bird.
