Dutch Apple Bread

Ingredients

110 gr butter
200 gr sugar
2 eggs
4 gr vanilla
290 gr flour
5 gr baking soda
1 gr salt
80 ml buttermilk
95 gr apple
40 gr walnuts
26 gr sugar
28 gr packed brown sugar
1 gr cinnamon
45 gr butter

Instructions

butter and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda and salt. Stir into the creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk. Fold in apple and nuts. Pour into a greased 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pan. For topping, combine the first four ingredients; cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over batter. Bake at 180ÂșC or 55 60 minutes or until bread tests done. Cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing to wire rack.
